About Me

I'm Deanna Durbin, the owner and founder of Elva Mae, LLC, a wardrobe styling studio dedicated to helping individuals and brands express their identity with confidence, clarity, and style.

Originally from Philadelphia and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, my styling influences are rooted in a unique blend of city energy, Southern grace, and a lifelong love for classic films. Summers spent in Philly introduced me to bold self-expression, while countless hours watching old Hollywood films like Singin’ in the Rain sparked my fascination with timeless glamour, intentional fashion, and storytelling through wardrobe.

The name Elva Mae honors my grandmother, whose values of affirmation, and community are at the heart of everything I do. Through styling, my mission is to Embrace, Love, Value, and Affirm every client, making sure they feel seen, valued, and empowered—whether walking into a boardroom, on set, or down a red carpet.

With years of experience styling individuals and brands, my work has included clients like Anthony Hamilton, Playboy Magazine (Digital), Zoo Atlanta, and Bear & Honey Candle Co, and many more. I produced and styled the Spring '25 campaign for Nigerian fashion brand Ace Kouture, as well as a music video for Hymn Logic that earned over 110K organic views on YouTube. I've also styled Vinrelo for the BET Awards 2024 and various high-profile NYFW shows, including Sergio Hudson, Fashion Bomb Daily, and Christian Siriano.

I’ve built an exclusive creative network of designers, photographers, videographers, MUAs, hairstylists, models, and set designers—allowing me to execute projects of all sizes with intention and excellence.
